Mikromill
Groove milling from a diameter of 6.0mm. The groove widths are spaced between 0.7mm and 2.0mm. All tools are available as round shank or Weldon version. The thread processing, especially for the medical field, starts from a thread of M1.6 in the standard. In addition to geometries for grooving and thread milling cutters there are also a Mikromill system.

Minimill three cutting edges
The Minimill-System with three cutting edges is the ne plus ultra for machining from 10 mm bore diameter. The indexable carbide heads are screwed via the common three rips coupling. This guarantees the best possible rotation and repeat accurancy at the best possible rate. A large selection of standard inserts as well as toolholder from steel and carbide are available from stock.

Starting from 22 mm bore diameter we doubled the numbers of teeth for the Minimill-system Thereby you profit from higher feed motion, longer service lives as well as higher stock removal values. The six cutting edged Minimill-system is also available with an anti-vibration carbide toolholder or an economical steel tool holder.
