Broaching
The broaching tool system is an example for the fact that experience only pays off after decades has past. Company Dümmel already gained experience with manufacturing and applying this type of tool during the fifties. This early gathered knowledge influenced and pushed the development of today´s standard manufacturing program for inner surface broaching. Nowadays modern lathes- and milling machines are able to manufacture complete products on one clamping. For users that is a time saving and high precise way of working.
